It's been a while since I posted. For many person

It's been a while since I posted. For many personal reasons, I've kept on the DL. This holiday season is completely different from any I've had as an adult. I think it's that way for many others as well. As I sit here and sip tea this morning I found myself reminiscing about year's past. I'm so incredibly grateful this year gave me an opportunity for a fresh new start. My dreams and life look completely different but I've never felt so alive. I'll never take one sunrise or sunset for granted again. It's amazing how change can open our eyes to all the little things we overlooked. Change can be scary but what's scarier is losing yourself in a place you no longer belong.

With all that said my heart goes out to anyone struggling right now. Please know it gets easier. Every day you will wake up stronger and more powerful than the last. Love the person you look at in the mirror and find the time to heal the wounds that need extra love. For you are beautiful and powerful!
